Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate is a key connection point between Merchandising and Store Operations, ensuring accurate signage, pricing, and eye-catching displays across Lowe's stores. You’ll help create visually appealing product layouts that help customers locate items quickly.

Most tasks are store-focused with limited customer interaction. You’ll listen to customers when needed and support in locating merchandise, while contributing to tidy, safe, and inviting shopping environments.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage, including digital maintenance.
• Ensure pricing is visible and labels are replaced as needed.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and proper displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items, including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
