Job summary

Belk is seeking a Free People Stock Specialist to join our North Carolina store team. You will act as the brand expert for Free People merchandise, driving sales by presenting elevated product displays, updating price changes, and updating signage in accordance with brand standards.

You will greet customers, offer styling suggestions, and leverage handheld devices to relay inventory and product knowledge for a seamless omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• Provides excellent customer service and supports achievement of store metrics.
• Merchandise product following brand guides and signage standards.
• Maintains clean, well-organized selling areas and replenishes stock as needed.
• Assists customers with product knowledge and styling guidance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and accountability to meet store objectives and metrics.
• Merchandise and set up displays according to visual merchandising directives.
• Maintain signage, fitting rooms, and store cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
• Engage customers and provide personalized service to enhance shopping experience.
• Communicate product features and benefits to customers and use available inventory information.
