You will drive sales through smart merchandising, accurate signage, price changes, and by building loyal relationships with customers, teammates, vendors, and the community.

Qualifications

• Comfort with technology including smartphones and tablets.
• Able to stand, move around store areas and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and drive store objectives and metrics.
• Merchandise product using brand guides and visual standards.
• Complete sale sets, markdowns, and price changes following processes.
• Maintain visually appealing selling areas, signage, and stock replenishment.
• Build relationships with team, vendors, customers, and community.
• Greet and assist customers with personalized service and omnichannel support.
• Utilize selling tools to communicate inventory, assortment, and features.
• Support promotions and events to advance store brand and department goals.
• Contribute to a positive store culture and teamwork.
• Assist with store fulfillment and asset protection per omni/operational procedures.
