Job summary

Ashley | The Wellsville Group in Brooklyn and North Olmsted seeks a hands-on Visual Merchandising Specialist to design and refresh showroom displays, curate lifestyle setups, and manage product tagging. You will move between backstage organization and the showroom floor, shaping a memorable customer experience.

The role requires a design mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to travel between showrooms.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong design sense with attention to detail and a creative eye.
• Self-motivated, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable learning inventory and purchase order systems.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Cuyahoga Falls and Fairlawn showrooms.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds and be physically active.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain stylish, visually engaging showroom displays and lifestyle setups.
• Accessorize spaces using wall art, rugs, lamps, tabletop décor, and other home accents.
• Receive, unbox, tag, and organize showroom accessories and merchandise.
• Help keep the showroom floor, accessory warehouse, and clearance areas clean, polished, and customer-ready.
• Assist with inventory management, product tagging, and showroom replenishment.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse and showroom teams to ensure smooth product movement and setup.
• Handle returned or damaged merchandise appropriately and efficiently.

Love home décor, design, and creating spaces that inspire? We're looking for a creative, hand-on Visual Merchandising Specialist to support our Brooklyn and North Olmsted showroom locations. If you enjoy styling beautiful spaces, working with décor and accessories, and bringing showroom displays to life, this could be the perfect fit for you.

This is a fast-paced, active role where no two days look the same. You'll split your time between organizing and preparing merchandise behind the scenes and building eye-catching displays on the showroom floor that create an unforgettable customer experience.

What You'll Do
