J.Crew Factory is seeking a Visual Associate to curate an inviting store environment with meticulous attention to detail. You will set up compelling window displays and merchandise layouts that engage and retain customers.

The role involves executing organized floor sets, understanding product placement with store management, and maintaining the sales floor daily. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, showing problem-solving skills.
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product and lift/move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsabilidades

• Create captivating window displays and merchandise layouts.
• Execute organized and timely floor sets.
• Collaborate with store management on product placement and daily maintenance on the sales floor.
• Keep backstock organized and move relevant products to the floor regularly.
• Comply with merchandise receiving and handling guidelines.
• Use store systems and technology effectively.
• Respond to customers with courtesy and respect.
