Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate enhances store presentation by keeping signage, pricing, and displays accurate and accessible. You will create eye-catching product displays that are safe, clean, and easy for customers to find.

Most duties are non-customer facing, but you may assist customers when opportunities arise, answering questions and guiding product or warranty information. This role offers a part-time schedule with weekend considerations and benefits.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related tasks per Lowe's specs and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate signage and product location information across the store.
• Ensure pricing information is clearly visible and replace missing labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and maintaining displays.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate project priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
