Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate supports store operations by ensuring accurate signage, correct pricing, and well-organized product displays that are easy to locate for customers. You may engage with customers occasionally and help communicate product or warranty information.

The role emphasizes creating safe, visually appealing merchandising setups, completing tasks per Lowe's specs, and collaborating with the Merchandising Services Team to drive in-store performance.

Formación

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specifications with proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage; maintain this information digitally.
• Ensure pricing information is visible and replace missing price labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays appropriately.
• Repair/replace damaged items including signage, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leaders.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
