Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking independent contractors to perform merchandising services within department stores for COACH products. The role offers flexibility in schedule and compensation starting at $28/hour, along with travel compensation.

Ideal candidates will have merchandising experience, a passion for COACH craftsmanship, and strong communication skills. This is a 1099 contractor position requiring monthly visits to stores and commitment to building brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end department store environment.
• Ability to build and maintain close relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Merchandise COACH handbags and footwear according to current visual directives.
• Create and commit to a monthly cadence of visits to high fashion department stores.
• Submit store visit reports utilizing ThirdChannel technology.

This could be the perfect opportunity for you!

This is a 1099 contractor role [monthly hours do vary depending on your territory store count] to perform merchandising services within the Coach area(s) of department stores (Macy's, Dillard's) in your area.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Merchandise COACH handbags and footwear according to current visual directives
• Create and commit to a monthly cadence of visits to high fashion department stores in your market, at least 1x per month, 1-5 hours each visit at each store (hours vary by location)
• Create meaningful relationships with store teams to help build brand loyalty and support
• Submit store visit reports, utilizing ThirdChannel technology on your smart device- Reports include gathered intel, photos and written summaries

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous merchandising experience-preferably in a luxury or high-end department store environment

• Ability to build and maintain close relationships

• Capability to problem solve and manage time autonomously

Compensation and Perks

• This is a 1099, supplemental income, independent contractor position
• Compensation starting at $28/hour, plus travel compensation (rate based on Market and relevant experience)
