Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to join the FAST team in a single store. You will own and execute planograms, signage, price changes and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and teammates, perform planograms and resets, maintain visual standards, and support other tasks as needed with safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA guidelines.
