• Experience with floor planning.

Responsibilities

• Own brand experience by guiding in-store visual strategy with the Display Artist and department managers.
• Lead the recruitment, mentoring, and training of staff to build bench strength and talent.
• Direct visual direction from planning to execution, balancing budgets and timelines.
• Use store data to identify opportunities and improve sell-through while enhancing the customer experience.
