Job summary

Westman Atelier is seeking a Manager, Visual Merchandising to translate the brand into retail environments, leading 3D design, 2D graphics, and in-store artwork. You will manage a Junior Graphic Designer, collaborate with Marketing and Sales, and partner with external vendors to deliver campaigns and fixtures at top retailers.

The role requires strong leadership, autonomous work style, and experience in prestige beauty or luxury retail, with a base salary of $100,000–$115,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and render fixtures, focus units, front‑of‑store tables, gondolas, pop‑ups and events from concept to photoreal render.
• Produce pitch‑ready renders and visual stories for Sephora and other retailers.
• Build efficient rendering workflows using 3D software, AI tools and Photoshop for high‑quality visuals.
• Lead VM artwork creation and collaboration withVendor partners to ensure brand consistency across regions.
