Industrial Color Inc. is seeking a Designer specialized in Visual Merchandising and Experiential Design to create engaging retail experiences for a high-end beauty client. In this hybrid role, you'll develop visual concepts, create mock-ups, and ensure brand alignment across various markets. Ideal candidates have 4-5 years in luxury retail design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in relevant design software.

A competitive benefits package and salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 annually are offered. This position is based in New York City.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or experiential marketing, preferably in the luxury sector.
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
• Understanding of retail environments and consumer behavior.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the ideation and development of innovative concepts.
• Develop and execute detailed mock-ups and high-fidelity renders.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between creative strategy and concept development.
• Collaborate with regional teams for guideline adaptation.
