Responsibilities

• Support selling, service and operations with emphasis on merchandising and display.
• Train the team on store processes, merchandise placement and standards.
• Act as manager-on-duty, driving engagement and collaboration.
• Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to build bench strength.
• Oversee payroll related tasks and adapt visual plans to the business needs.
• Ensure safety, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
