Job summary

UNIQLO is opening a new Washington DC location and seeks a Visual Supervisor to maintain brand standards and drive in-store profitability through strategic merchandising and staff guidance. The role partners with the Visual Manager to execute visual plans and ensure products are displayed to maximize sell-through.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2–3 years of retail visual merchandising or display experience.

Responsibilities

• Train and maintain brand standards for visual presentation and store cleanliness.
• Execute deliveries and ensure items are displayed with proper signage.
• Prepare seasonal merchandising presentations and manage new visual initiatives.
• Monitor sell-through and replenishment using sales reports.
• Partner with store management on visual decisions to drive sales.
• Ensure lighting and signage meet company standards.
• Support store objectives and uphold UNIQLO service standards.
