Job summary

UNIQLO at Tysons is seeking a Visual Supervisor to lead store visual standards, merchandise planning and in-store presentation to maximize sales and brand integrity. You will adapt corporate visuals to store needs, train staff, and partner with management to deliver impactful displays while maintaining health and safety guidelines.

The role requires 2–3 years in retail visual merchandising, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2–3 years retail visual merchandising experience.

Responsibilities

• Train and maintain brand standards for visual presentation, cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
• Execute new item deliveries and ensure full size runs with proper signage.
• Prepare for and implement seasonal merchandising presentations and manage visual initiatives.
• Monitor sell-through and replenishment using sales reports.
• Collaborate with store management on visual decisions that impact workload and sales.
• Create visually appealing displays to drive sell-through and brand integrity.
• Ensure lighting and signage meet company standards and highlight merchandise.
