Job description

Description

Leveraging exceptional product development, regulatory, and supply chain capabilities, we make innovative products that invite creativity and celebrate the freedom to look how you want, when you want. Position Summary

Morphe is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Graphic Designer to develop elevated, consumer-facing graphic packages and experiential visual elements for our wholesale retail environments.

This role brings brand storytelling to life across open-sell gondolas, endcaps, promotional fixtures, and pop-up installations within key retail partners (Target, Ulta, Sephora CA, international affiliates, and emerging global channels).

The ideal candidate understands how to translate campaign creative into dimensional, in-store storytelling that balances prestige aesthetics with commercial performance. You will collaborate cross-functionally to execute launch graphics, permanent merchandising updates, and seasonal retail moments—ensuring brand consistency, print accuracy, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
