Job summary

Industrial Color seeks a Designer, Visual Merchandising and Experiential Design to translate brand narratives into luxury retail experiences and activations. You will develop concepts, render details, and prepare presentations, linking creative strategy to market guidelines.

Hybrid role with several on-site days in Midtown Manhattan; prior beauty/retail luxury experience is required to ensure brand consistency across global campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or experiential marketing (beauty/fashion/luxury preferred).
• Strong portfolio of visual merchandising concepts and experiential design projects.
• Proficiency in SketchUp and other 3D modeling software, plus 2D design tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Experience creating presentation decks and communicating design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Concept development and visualization for visual merchandising and experiential design.
• Create detailed mock-ups, high-fidelity renders, and technical drawings.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and zone partners.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to translate strategy into directives and guidelines.
• Ensure alignment with marketing strategies and regional adaptation.
