Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to keep store signage, pricing, and displays accurate and attractive for customers. You will create product displays that are safe, clean, and easy to access, primarily without direct customer interaction.

Occasional customer engagement may occur. You will listen to questions, relay product or warranty information, and assist in locating merchandise as needed. Expect a block-focused, hands-on role in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Use web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or with help.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding signage and product location signage.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and accurate.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales and organize displays.
• Repair or replace damaged items including signage and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution.
