Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to join the in-store team. You will ensure displays, pricing information, and signage are accurate, enabling customers to locate products easily. Most tasks are store-focused with occasional customer interaction.

You will engage with customers when opportunities arise, answering questions and sharing product or warranty information while supporting merchandising standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product location signage and keep digital records.
• Ensure pricing labels are clearly visible and replace missing ones.
• Assist in staging clearance products and improve displays throughout the store.
• Repair or replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with the Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
