Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Senior Directors of Regional Merchandise Execution, DVPs, and Store partners to support Private Brands growth.
  • Establish partnerships with Stylists, Managers of Sales & Customer Service, and Ambassadors to drive selling metrics.
  • Lead and participate in event execution for in-store and virtual events with Store and Division partners.
  • Lead training to elevate service and empower colleagues in Macy’s Private Brands.
  • Conduct business analysis using Power BI to identify opportunities by location and division.
  • Observe competitive opportunities and communicate findings to central and regional teams.
  • Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Foster an inclusive environment and collaborate with store teams on priorities.
  • Host multi-brand training seminars on product knowledge and selling effectiveness.
  • Influence merchandise space and placement by sharing results with partners.
  • Support central partners during store visits with customer and business insights.
  • Travel up to 50% for coordination with Private Brand Coordinators.
