Job summary

Macy's is hiring a Visual Support Captain to lead in-store visual merchandising and create compelling three-dimensional displays that convey current fashion trends. You will collaborate with merchandising teams, manage mannequin setups, and ensure promotional accuracy while helping customers find items and enhancing their shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Retail merchandising and/or visual display experience is required.
• Art, design, or creative background; awareness of current fashion trends preferred.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a compelling visual presentation in the store to support a proactive customer-centric culture.
• Demonstrate understanding of trend messaging and seasonal fashion statements.
• Collaborate with merchandising teams and guide workload completion.
• Update and maintain mannequin and visual displays to uphold Macy's brand.
• Help customers locate items and engage partners when needed.
• Utilize store systems knowledge to assist customers and suggest items.
