Job summary

Converse is seeking a Brand Representative – Visual Merchandising to support in-store brand standards. You will merchandise product displays, refresh marketing materials, and ensure a premium in-store presence across assigned stores.

As an independent contractor (1099), you will schedule 1–2 hour visits, typically Mon–Thu, with monthly visits per store and occasional extra campaigns. Must own a smartphone and be comfortable reporting visits via the ThirdChannel app.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or visual merchandising experience strongly preferred.
• Passion for the Converse brand and lifestyle fashion.
• Attention to detail and strong presentation standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time on site.
• Own a smartphone with internet access (iOS 16+/Android 13+).

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising according to Converse guidelines.
• Confirm installation and visibility of marketing materials.
• Maintain product presentation to ensure premium in-store experience.
• Educate store associates about Converse products and initiatives.
• Build relationships with store teams to support sell-through.
• Submit store visit reports with photos and feedback via ThirdChannel app.
