Gilder Search Group is partnering with a family-owned retailer in Milwaukee to find a Visual Merchandising Associate for the marketing department. You’ll work directly with the visual display and leadership team to plan, execute, and maintain a showroom that brings trends to life for customers.

This role focuses on planning floor moves, ensuring the showroom is properly displayed and tagged, and maintaining merchandising and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Previous visual display experience required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Passion for home furnishing style trends.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Visual Merchandise Team in planning and executing floor moves.
• Ensure the showroom floor is displayed and tagged properly.
• Maintain store appearance to merchandising and cleanliness standards.
• Support lead family members in merchandising and operational goals.
• Interact with customers and co-workers professionally and positively.
• Participate in new store set-ups and sales/visual meetings.
• Educate the team on re-merchandised areas (sales floor, pricing, tagging).
