Job summary

IKEA in Fishers, IN seeks a permanent, full-time Visual Merchandiser to design and implement engaging in-store layouts and displays that showcase the product range.

You will maintain a visually appealing shopping environment, create dynamic displays, and apply space-planning tools to optimize layout efficiency and cost, supporting a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail visual merchandising or similar experience.
• Proficiency in designing attractive, customer-facing displays.
• Ability to translate product ranges into engaging layouts.

What you'll be doing day to day

JOB TYPE: Permanent, Full-Time

HOURS - HL3 (34-40 hrs/wk) Open availability required Monday-Sunday.
SHIFT: Retail Environment, must be able to work nights & weekends.
The hourly pay range for this role is $19.96 - $28.20.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail visual merchandising or similar.
• Proficient in Adobe, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Associate's degree preferred.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 19.96 USD to 28.2 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
