J.Crew Group (JCG) is seeking a Visual Associate in Denver, CO to curate an inviting store environment with meticulous attention to detail. You will create compelling window displays and merchandise layouts, and support the team in presenting products to customers both front and back of house.

You’ll contribute to an inclusive workplace centered on product passion and exceptional customer experiences, with scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create captivating window displays and merchandise layouts.
• Perform organized floor sets on a timely basis.
• Collaborate with management on product placement and daily floor maintenance.
• Keep backstock organized and move products to floor regularly.
• Adhere to merchandise receiving and handling guidelines and use store systems effectively.
• Provide courteous customer service as needed.
