• Design store layouts and interior visual concepts using SketchUp, AutoCAD, and other design software.
• Create illustrations and graphics using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to support marketing campaigns.
• Manage the arrangement of retail store displays, ensuring optimal product placement and inventory control.
• Collaborate with retail teams to implement visual merchandising procedures that enhance customer engagement.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all visual materials and store presentations.
• Oversee the management of store layout modifications, signage updates, and promotional displays.
• Assist in developing marketing materials that highlight new products or seasonal themes.
• Support inventory management related to display items and visual assets.
• Lead or participate in team efforts to improve visual support operations, including training new staff on display standards.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven experience in retail store visual merchandising, interior design, or fashion retail environments
• Proficiency with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Node.js is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of branding principles, layout design, planograms, and merchandising display arrangement
• Experience with retail sales techniques, customer service skills, and managing store merchandising operations
• Knowledge of retail math, pricing strategies, inventory control, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and conveying visual concepts effectively
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
• Multilingual abilities are a plus to facilitate communication within diverse teams
