Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to join our Field Activity Support Team (FAST) for in-store work, primarily one store. You will own and execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly, while delivering legendary customer service.

Ideal candidates are flexible, reliable, and able to communicate with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately is expected.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and store resets accurately and on time.
• Install, update and maintain store signage and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs as needed.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards across the store.
• Communicate progress and issues with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Provide legendary customer service and prioritize customer needs.
