Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is hiring a Merchandising Sales Associate to work as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) in a single store, owning start-to-finish merchandising tasks. Responsibilities include planograms, signage, price changes, fixture assembly, and day-to-day customer service.

The role requires reliability, basic computer skills, and the ability to read and count accurately. Ideal candidates have retail or merchandising experience and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately is necessary.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms, signage, price changes and merchandise resets.
• Assemble fixtures and PDQs and maintain signage quality.
• Provide legendary customer service and engage customers with GURA.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor on progress and issues.
• Ensure store layout and price updates are accurate and timely.
