Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Visual Merchandiser to support the management team in creating world-class service and compelling store experiences in our New York area location.

You will supervise staff coverage, implement visual changes, and uphold store standards to reflect the brand's eclectic, modern spirit. The role focuses on styling, decorating, and entertaining expertise, along with coaching team members and maintaining presentation.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in merchandising or visual role.
• 1-2 years experience in home related design or visual merchandising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging experiences for customers by sharing styling, decorating & entertaining expertise.
• Promote innovative ways to make stores a neighborhood destination for inspiration.
• Interpret & execute visual standards to drive sales and convey the brand spirit.
• Ensure merchandising and displays are visually compelling to drive sales.
• Coach associates on upholding visual standards and brand image.
• Promote the lifestyle and protect the image of Williams-Sonoma, Inc. brands.
• Keep the store a fun, inspirational neighborhood destination.
• Replenish the sales floor and maintain displays and presentation.
• Execute floorset to reflect inspiration and standards within schedule.
• Collaborate with sales team and value contributions of others.
