Job summary

SAIL Outdoors in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to create an engaging, brand-aligned environment for customers. You will be the reference point for clothing presentation and visual standards across the department.

You will collaborate with the Department Manager to plan seasonal themes, arrange wall displays, and guide customers as they shop for apparel. Strong merchandising skills and a flair for color will help you adapt to promotions and events.

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will use your merchandising knowledge and your creativity in order to create a unique environment for our customers. You are the reference for anything having to do with how clothing is presented.

Day-to-day, you will work alongside your Department Manager. You responsibilities include:

• Merchandising for the entire department, taking into consideration the products, brands, colour blocks and visual presentation trends
