Job summary

H&M is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in Chattanooga to uphold visual and commercial standards, shaping the customer experience. You will implement mood boards, plan activations, and collaborate with store leadership to deliver compelling stories.

You’ll stay current with fashion trends, guide colleagues, and drive sales through effective visual execution and customer engagement within an hourly, non-exempt role.

Qualifications

• Be curious, creative and proactive, with strong communication to work cross-functionally.
• Demonstrate leadership and the ability to coach store teams on visual standards.
• Know-how in visual, commercial presentation and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual and commercial curation per brand guidelines and campaigns.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Organize workload with store management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities on time.
• Ensure stock care, input on allocation and KPI follow-up.
• Coach teams and provide onboarding and upskilling in visual & commercial standards.
