Qualifications

• Experience with improving product presentation and commercial execution in-store.
• Good knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices, routines, and tools.
• Know how to manage, follow-up and act on selling equation and weekly sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to omni customer experience by ensuring visual and commercial curation per guidelines (indirect).
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions (direct).
• Organise workload per store activation plan and collaborate with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain latest global campaigns and sale activities on time per Brand Standards.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and provide input on allocation to Store Management and Area teams.
• Perform sales KPI follow-ups and identify visual & commercial opportunities with Store Management.
• Create actions to increase customer satisfaction to reach sales targets and store goals.
