Responsibilities

• Ensure store presentation standards are maintained, including cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with store management and staff to execute merchandising plans effectively.
• Stay updated on current retail trends, competitor activities, and visual merchandising best practices.
• Source and manage visual merchandising materials and props.
• Train and guide store staff on visual presentation standards.
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of displays and make adjustments as needed.
• Create a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere for customers.
