Job summary

DTLR, Inc is seeking a focused Visual Merchandiser to optimize in-store and window displays across our brand portfolio. You will conduct daily store visits, guide teams on merchandising standards, and collaborate with regional leaders to ensure fixtures, lighting, signage and pricing support compelling customer experiences and increased sales.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, strong English, and a disciplined eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail visual merchandising.
• Ability to train store staff.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain compelling merchandise presentations that engage customers and drive sales.
• Manage timelines for retailer seasonal updates and ensure on-time delivery of projects.
• Conduct daily store walkthroughs to ensure visual merchandising meets high standards.
• Submit daily photo postings via Workforce Experience app showing before/after work for review by regional managers.
• Re-merchandise apparel and footwear displays, window presentations, and in-store setups to maximize sell-through.
• Coordinate with Regional Visual Merchandising Manager on fixtures, lighting, signage, pricing concepts, and execution of campaigns.
