Do you have apparel visual merchandising experience and a few hours a month to turn into supplemental income? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Merchandise and replenish displays according to planograms.
2. Educate and engage store teams on the features and benefits of Brooks products, building meaningful relationships.
3. Submit store visit reports, including photos and summaries, using ThirdChannel technology on a smart device.
4. Create and commit to a monthly schedule of retail store visits in your market.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Authenticity in living an active lifestyle.
2. Passion for the Brooks apparel brand and product quality.
3. Previous apparel merchandising experience, preferably in retail, with a keen eye for detail.
4. Strong communication, active listening, and empathy skills; articulate and friendly demeanor.
5. Ability to problem-solve and manage time independently, as these roles are 100% autonomous.

Compensation and Perks

1. This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
2. Starting at $23/hour, depending on location and experience.
3. Flexible work schedule designed in agreement with store management.
