Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and layout of the clothing and souvenir sales floor
• Coordinate with the Clothing/Soft Goods Manager on inventory needs
• Train student and part-time staff
• Merchandising and customer service across various venues
• Assist with buying responsibilities, including reorders and inventory management
• Handle invoices, returns, exchanges, and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least three years retail experience, including two years in visual merchandising and buying
• Experience in inventory control
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and MS Office; familiarity with Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus
