Overview

Job Title: Visual Merchandiser

Status: Full-Time Employee (M-F)

Pay rate: $19-24/hour. Note that this range is representative of earning potential and actual pay will be based on skills, experience, and/or geographic location.

Position Summary

Winston is looking for passionate and energetic Visual Merchandisers with experience in in-store merchandising of apparel, accessories, updating and styling mannequins, and setting creative displays. Visual Merchandisers create and execute merchandising strategies in specific departments, which may include women's, men's, home, pet, and baby within a designated Walmart location.

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for executing plans according to planograms, managing sizing, stocking merchandise, and maintaining visual standards while building relationships with Walmart Store Management.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Commitment and dedication to elevating retail presentations and storytelling through visual merchandising.
• Communicate clearly with store personnel and provide written reports.
• Partner with Store Management to create positive working relationships and achieve project goals.
• Execute installation, execution, and maintenance of apparel departments, mannequins, and vignettes.

• Experience working with mannequins—assembling, updating, and styling.
• Proven experience in developing and executing visual merchandising concepts using planograms or available products.
