Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall designing using visual design tools for visual merchandising including window displays.
• Develop unconventional designs in accordance with market trends.
• Provide exceptional standards of visual excellence to each store.
• Develop guidelines in accordance with store's concept.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop strategies for promotions.
• Select sources and obtain cost estimations for materials.
• Oversee production of interior/window posters with suppliers.
• Set-up displays in all New Era shops nationwide.

• Develops unconventional designs in accordance with market trends.
• Provide exceptional standards of visual excellence to each store.
• Develop guidelines in accordance with store's concept.
• Collaborating with other department to develop strategies to emphasize promotions and sales.
• Select source and obtain cost estimation for visual merchandising materials.
• Oversee the production of interior/window posters with suppliers and installation processes.
• Set-up an actual in-store and/or off-site display in all New Era shop nationwide.
