Job summary

Bruegge and Co. in Peru, IL is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to design and refresh showroom displays, style furniture and accessories, and help customers imagine how pieces fit in their homes.

You’ll collaborate with fellow merchandisers, store managers, and sales teams across locations to translate trends into inviting spaces, while maintaining organized, fully stocked displays. Qualifications

• Passion for interior design, decorating, or visual merchandising.
• Ability to style shelves, walls, furniture and accessories into cohesive spaces.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between store locations.
• Comfort with Excel and basic computer programs.

Bring Today's Trends to Life

• Modern Organic designs featuring natural wood tones and earthy textures
• Cozy Contemporary spaces with warm neutrals and layered accessories

• Seasonal trend updates that keep displays fresh and relevant

Collaborate with an Amazing Team

One of the best parts of this role is that you won't be designing alone.

• Fellow Visual Merchandisers to execute creative showroom transformations
• Store Managers to align displays with sales goals
• Sales Teams to understand customer preferences and emerging trends
• Warehouse Teams to coordinate product movement and floor resets

Together, you'll plan floor moves, launch new collections, solve challenges, and celebrate beautiful finished projects. Every showroom refresh is a team effort, and every team member plays an important role in bringing the vision to life.

Keep Showrooms Looking Their Best

• Process and place incoming furniture and décor
• Maintain organized, fully stocked displays
• Use merchandising tools, inventory systems, and Excel reporting
• Travel between locations to support merchandising initiatives
