We are looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Visual Merchandiser in ourOrem store! In this key role, you will help shape and maintain the visual identity of Orem ensuring our store reflects the brand’s quality, style, and outdoor spirit.

Overview

As the Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching product displays, coordinating signage and floor plans, and executing special promotional setups. You will work closely with our Corporate Director of Visual Merchandising to ensure all displays and presentations align with company standards and seasonal direction.

Responsibilities

• Execute visually appealing, strategic product displays throughout the store that reflect company standards and seasonal direction.
• Collaborate closely with the Corporate Merchandising Director to ensure consistent brand presentation and execution of merchandising standards at the store level.
• Design and implement floor layouts, signage, and promotional displays, including end caps, wall sets, fixture toppers, and mannequin presentations.
• Partner with store management to plan and execute seasonal resets, special promotions, and event setups.
• Utilize company and buying reports to ensure key items and featured products are placed in high-visibility positions on the sales floor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually engaging store environment through ongoing display rotation and product replenishment.
• Manage all visual merchandising resources, including props, fixtures, hangers, signage, and P.O.P. materials—coordinating with the warehouse and marketing teams as needed.
• Provide the Marketing Team with signage requests, fixture dimensions, and photos to support display and promotional needs.
• Oversee the setup, maintenance, and rotation of mannequins, wall graphics, seasonal imagery, and brand signage.
• Monitor merchandise presentation to ensure displays are current, full, and aligned with visual standards.
• Offer creative input and feedback to improve product flow, visual appeal, and customer experience.
• Support store leadership with merchandising projects and other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in apparel, branded merchandise, or a vertical retail environment.
• Previous experience as a Merchandise Coordinator or Visual Merchandiser within an apparel, accessory, or related retail company.
• Strong knowledge of current visual merchandising trends, techniques, and best practices.
• Experience at a managerial or leadership level in a department store, specialty retailer, or branded environment.
• Proven ability to train, present, and communicate effectively with small to medium-sized teams on the sales floor.
• Strong creative and design sense with exceptional attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive personality and strong work ethic; able to work independently while effectively leading and collaborating with a team.
• Comfortable performing the physical aspects of the role, including standing for long periods, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
