Job summary

Wheeler Staffing Partners is partnering with an established retail company to fill a Visual Merchandise Designer role onsite in Fort Worth, TX. You will design engaging retail and marketing materials that support multiple consumer-facing brands and locations, blending digital and print media to drive a cohesive customer experience.

You will collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Professional graphic design experience supporting established companies or recognized brands.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience creating digital and print marketing materials for retail or consumer-facing brands.
• Background in visual merchandising, retail marketing, consumer products, or multi-location organizations preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating professional digital and print design work.

Responsibilities

• Design digital and print marketing materials for email campaigns, social media, websites, signage, catalogs, and displays.
• Develop concepts to support brand identity across brands and locations.
• Partner with marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotions, campaigns, and launches.
