Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Senior Specialist in Visual Merchandising to lead and coordinate fixture layouts, mannequins, and product placement across divisions. You will develop tools for stores, align with design and buying teams on trends, and uphold visual standards in all store environments.

You will manage local store execution, oversee vendor partnerships for sets and graphics, and execute national initiatives. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in visual merchandising are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, project management, and organizational skills a must.
• 3-5 years of hands-on visual merchandising experience
• Working knowledge of In-design, excel, word, and photoshop, AI platforms
• Experience with store design and all aspects of store environment.
• Customer focused ideas that drive results
• Bachelor’s degree
