Matic is seeking a Visual & Marketing Designer to help bring our brand, product, and marketing to life across digital and physical touchpoints. You will design assets for campaigns, product launches, social, email, web, and sales materials, translating complex robotics and AI concepts into clear visuals while growing your ownership as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in visual design: layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and composition.
• Portfolio showing thoughtful visual or marketing design work (school, internships, or personal projects welcome)
• Comfort working in Figma and basic familiarity with tools like Photoshop or Illustrator
• Ability to take feedback, iterate, and learn quickly
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
• 0–2 years of experience, or equivalent hands‑on/project-based experience

Responsibilities

• Design marketing and brand assets across channels: social, email, ads, web, and product marketing
• Create visuals for campaigns, launches, and ongoing brand storytelling
• Produce digital and print-ready materials for sales, partnerships, and customer-facing needs
• Support landing pages and product marketing pages with strong visual layout and hierarchy
• Help maintain and apply Matic’s brand system across touchpoints
• Build and use templates to speed up recurring work and keep things consistent
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to turn ideas into clear visual designs
• Take projects from brief to final delivery with guidance and feedback
