Job summary

GCI Residential is seeking a Creative Design Specialist to combine strong graphic design with marketing sense across print, digital, social, video, and websites. You will collaborate with Marketing and communities to produce engaging materials and maintain brand standards.

You will manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, use Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva, and apply AI tools thoughtfully to enhance creativity while preserving originality. Ohio area on-site likely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media & Design, Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven design and marketing experience; multifamily experience is a plus.
• Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials (flyers, brochures, floor plans, signage) across print and digital channels.
• Support social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement efforts.
• Assist with video content production and photography/drone projects as needed.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure content accuracy across platforms.
• Organize assets and coordinate with vendors for signage and marketing needs.
• Track and report on marketing data and project progress.
