Job summary

VF Corporation seeks a Visual Learning Designer / Instructional Graphic Designer to join Global Learning and Leadership Development. You will translate learning intent into clear, accessible visuals by creating templates, systems, and reusable assets that support understanding across enterprise learning experiences.

You will partner with Learning Experience Designers and program teams globally to ensure coherence, usability, and visual quality.

Qualifications

• Strong visual design skills; communicate complex ideas through layout and visual structure.
• Ability to create learning materials that are polished, modern and visually compelling.
• Experience designing materials that support understanding, navigation, and facilitation, not just visual polish.
• Ability to apply accessibility standards to reduce cognitive load and support inclusive learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate learning intent into clear visual structure for templates and assets.
• Design and maintain templates, visual standards, and reusable asset libraries for scalability.
• Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers to convert complex models into intuitive diagrams and layouts.
• Maintain sustained visual quality and evolve the visual system based on feedback.
