ALO in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Visual Lead to drive sales growth and profitability through expert Visual Merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager. The role focuses on floor presentation, stock management, and timely visual updates to support store goals and guest experiences.
You will coach Associates, lead by example, and collaborate with Operations to manage budgets, reporting, and staffing. The position is full-time with flexible weekend shifts and peak-period availability.

The Visual Lead is responsible for achieving store sales & maximizing profitability through Visual Merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager. The Visual Lead will work closely with the Operations & Visual Manager in initiating, delegating work, and providing feedback to the team to achieve optimal results supporting total store operations.
The Visual Lead is full‑time and requires 32‑ 40 hours per week fulfilling the job description as stated above. To build a balanced schedule that supports the needs of the business and our teams, we expect all full‑time employees to have openavailability and are expected to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends. All employees without exception are expected to be able to work during the company’s Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January).
