Overall Job Summary: Working at the heart of a fast-paced fashion business, a Visual Keyholder is responsible for creating an environment that inspires customers to explore their personal style. The role supports and guides the store team to deliver an inspiring and exciting Customer Experience aligned with H&M standards. The Visual Keyholder actively drives sales and implements the Visual Identity, ensuring customer and colleague expectations are met while following company procedures.

This position reports to the Store Visual Manager (based on volume).

Your Day to Day

1. Sales and Profit: Set garment presentation on the Sales Floor & Windows according to the Commercial Handbook. Collaborate with the Department Manager to identify additional commercial opportunities and execute floor moves accordingly.
2. Fashion Knowledge: Stay updated on current fashion trends, share insights, and educate the store team on seasonal trends, campaigns, and brand standards.
3. Customer Service: Meet customer expectations through direct service and support the store in delivering an excellent customer experience.
4. Visual Merchandising: Follow the Visual Identity through the Commercial Handbook, style mannequins, create visual stories, and ensure high-quality garment presentation daily.
5. Campaigns and Store Operations: Launch sales campaigns on time, follow store KPIs, adapt store planning, and complete visual and operational routines, including safety and maintenance.
6. Team Support and Development: Coach and develop the store team’s visual and commercial skills, evaluate potential for advancement, and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
7. Store Responsibilities and Safety: Perform opening and closing routines, manage store safety, security, and legal compliance, and support in loss prevention.

Qualifications

Additional Information

Job Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Compensation: $18.01 - $20.26 hourly
