• Manage quick-turn photo galleries and video content for digital and social channels.
• Collaborate with newsroom colleagues on story development and visual strategy.
• Analyze audience data to inform content choices and maximize reach.
• Mentor peers in basic photo/video editing and mobile journalism techniques.
