J.Crew Group (JCG) in the United States is seeking a Visual Associate to curate an inviting store environment with attention to detail. You will set up compelling window displays and merchandise layouts that engage customers and support back-of-house presentation standards.

You will work with store leadership to understand product placement, maintain floor sets, manage backstock, and ensure accurate signage and smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passion for brand, customers and teams.
• Keep up with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility and courtesy.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty; strong problem-solving.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Capable of bending, reaching, and lifting at least 40 pounds / 18 kilos.

Responsibilities

• Create captivating window displays and merchandise layouts; ensure promotional signage is updated and organized.
• Execute organized and timely floor sets.
• Collaborate with store management to understand product placement and maintain daily floor maintenance.
• Keep backstock organized and move relevant products to the floor regularly.
• Comply with merchandise receiving and handling guidelines.
• Use store systems and technology effectively.
• Assist customers as needed with courtesy and respect.
