Job summary

Amazon Dev Center India – Hyderabad is seeking a Visual Designer to craft compelling visual narratives for SDS programs. You will produce videos, animations, and multimedia assets, ensuring branding consistency while pushing creative boundaries.

You will collaborate with program owners, content creators, and communications leads to storyboard concepts, oversee post-production timelines, and refine assets using After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other Creative Suite tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in design/visual arts.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in visual design, video production, or animation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video editing, and multimedia design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, design, and deliver high-quality visual assets including videos, animations, infographics, and digital graphics tailored for SDS programs.
• Apply advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite to create engaging multimedia content.
• Design and execute motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animated explainers for complex operations.
• Integrate VFX and SFX into video content to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
• Ensure assets adhere to branding guidelines and multi-format delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with scriptwriters and comms teams to storyboard concepts from ideation to delivery.
• Manage timelines for post-production activities including editing, colour grading, and sound mixing.
• Lead creative reviews and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
• Explore new formats and emerging tools to elevate SDS visual communications.
